COVID-19 Update: Montreal Theatre event cancellations

Theatre performances cancelled as Quebec bans indoor events drawing 250+

In response to the recent COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, Quebec Premier François Legault has ordered the cancellation of all indoor events with 250 people or more in the province, announcing the government-mandated 30-day social distancing period at an afternoon news conference on Thursday, March 12th at Quebec City. In our efforts to assist our artistic community in communicating their cancellations and postponements, Montreal Theatre Hub is compiling a list of local events scheduled this season and their respective statuses, which is now available at this link:

We will work to maintain this sheet updated, but we also request that the public contact production companies directly to confirm with the source the most recent status on their shows. Please note that Montreal Theatre Hub is not a ticket reseller and we cannot address any questions related to ticket refunds.

We extend our care and concern to the community and generously ask audiences to consider donating to our companies and artists instead of requesting refunds for their purchased stubs. Your support is most significant to our industry colleagues and friends at this point in time.

Looking forward to seeing you at the theatre in patient time,
