The Quebec Drama Federation presents Workshop: Taxes and Accounting for Theatre Practitioners.
This workshop will provide theatre practitioners with advice and practical exercises on how to be better organized for tax season and improve financial record keeping throughout the year.
Participants will gain an understanding of general accounting terms and language and tax terminology; presenters will guide participants on how to read, understand and create a basic budget, and will walk participants through tax forms, further defining tax terms specifically for the theatre practitioner and answering individual questions.
