Boulouki Theatre is currently looking for four (4) actors to portray two (2) men and two (2) women in a closed script reading.
The reading will serve as the audition for Boulouki’s upcoming production in April 2019.
The production is a narration piece for four actors storytelling the lives of four characters and it’s intended for adult audiences.
The production is currently looking for actors who:
- Have a playing age of 25-35 years
- Have acting training and/or stage experience (in any performance discipline)
- Are allophones – meaning that their first language (mother tongue) is neither English nor French
Actors will need to be available for the readings on Saturday, October 20th 11am-2pm and/or October 21 st 6-9pm. There is interest in meeting actors who reflect the diversity of Montreal. The characters are gender specific. Nevertheless, gender-fluid, non-binary and transgender actors are welcome to apply.
Actors will be paid a fee for the reading sessions of $50. Travel expenses will not be covered.
