Acting is for all ages! Even after “a certain age” we still look for what makes us happy and gives us joy. Acting is an opportunity to take a journey of self-discovery through a creative process. JOSA MAULE’s School of Performing Arts, (M.S.O.P.A.) invites you to their OPEN HOUSE, where you can participate in free trial workshops, ask questions, and meet with the staff.
M.S.O.P.A. has been serving Montreal’s Acting Community over 25 years. Josa Maule (the founder), was featured in Maclean’s Magazine’s 2016 special edition “110 Canadian Stories” in which they called her “Montreal’s Acting Mama.”
“Not everyone is taking acting classes to be an actor, and not everyone who is acting will be an actor, but…it is the journey you go through.” Josa Maule has taken over 5,000 students through that journey for over 25 years.
“M.S.O.P.A. offers serious training in a safe, fun and challenging environment whether you are a carpenter, a basketball player or a computer programmer. Our dedication to the arts and to our students has earned us the respect and recognition of the acting industry. In an industry where there are no guarantees, we educate our actors to be realistic and learn the business by providing networking opportunities.”
